REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICIES

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR REFUND OR CREDIT, A NOTARIZED LETTER OF CANCELLATION SIGNED BY THE PASSENGER OR SPONSOR MUST BE RECEIVED IN OUR OFFICE 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE TRAVEL DATE. THE AIRLINE TICKETS MUST ACCOMPANY THE NOTARIZED LETTER OF CANCELLATION TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A REFUND, HOWEVER, MOST AIRLINE TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.  IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO TRAVEL AS PLANNED, PLEASE MAKE SURE FLIGHT RESERVATIONS ARE CANCELLED BY THE AGENCY OR BY THE AIRLINE PRIOR TO THE TRAVEL DATE.  NO SHOW = NO REFUND or CREDIT!

AFTER TICKETS

ARE ISSUED:         $250.00 MINIMUM CANCELLATION FEE

                    UP TO 100%(DEPENDING ON AIRLINE)

MOST TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, HOWEVER, IF FULLY UNUSED, TICKETS MAY HAVE CREDIT VALUE TO BE APPLIED TO A FUTURE RESERVATION, AFTER DEDUCTION OF CANCELLATION OR CHANGE FEES.  AFTER DEPARTURE, AIRLINE CONTRACT STATES THAT TICKETS ORIGINATING IN THE U.S.A. ARE NON‑REFUNDABLE.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST AND BROCHURE WILL BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR ACTUAL AIRLINE TICKET.
