General Policies, Fare Rules, and Ticketing Restrictions
These policies apply to international tickets issued for departure from U.S.
Ticketing Time Limit: Most reservations must be paid in full and ticketed within (3) to (10) business days from date reservation is made. Fares cannot be guaranteed until paid in full and ticketed. Depending on airline's policy, extended payment options may be available for certain tickets, please inquire.
Seasons: Pricing SEASONALITY is based on departure dates, and varies by airline, but general guidelines are as follows:
Low: depart dates 30-Oct-2006 to 14-Dec-2006 and 25-Dec-2006 to 31-Mar-2007
Mid-Season: depart dates 01-Apr'06 to 25-May'06 and 31-Jul'06 to 29-Oct'06
High: depart dates 26-May-2006 to 30-Jul-2006 and 15-Dec-2006 to 24-Dec-'06
Children: 12 years and older are charged adult fare
age 2 years to 11 years pay approximately 80% of adult fare
age under 2 years pay 10% of adult published coach fare
Refunds: Tickets are non refundable. May be submitted for exchange.
Unused ticket cancellation penalty minimum $250.00.

Changes: Changes to departure date minimum $250.00 plus fare difference.
Changes to return $150.00 provided within ticket validity period, or as determined by airline.
Changes are subject to availability.
Open Returns: Not allowed
Waitlisting: Not allowed
Minimum Stay Requirement: Saturday night
Maximum Stay: We have (1) month, (3) month, (4) month, (6) month and (1) year tickets available at discounted prices, varies by airline.
Applies to U.S. departures. Extension of ticket validity is not permitted.
Stopovers in Europe: Usually available at additional charge
